How can I reach Warnemünde?

There are several alternatives:

1. By plane: You travel up to airport Berlin/Tegel. From there our shuttle service can pick you up for 80,00 € per person and ride.

2. By train: If you travel by train you'll arrive at central station Rostock. Take the suburban train from Rostock to Warnemünde (terminal stop). Our hotel is directly situated near the train station "Warnemünde".

3. By car: Take autobahn A19 or A20 up to Rostock and go on motorway B 105 till you reach Warnemünde. Find the direction plan  here . You enter our underground parking lot with an elevator ( max. height: 1,95 m, max. lenght: 5,50 m).

What is the parking fee and the parking terms?

The parking fee amoounts 7,50 € per night. The parking term is limited from 12:30AM (day of arrival) to 12:00AM (day of departure).

Is there an internet access usable for guests?

There is an internet station for free use in the hotel lobby (only for guests).  In every room you have SPO access to free Wi-Fi. The access code for Wi-Fi you'll get at the reception.

Do you have a pricelist?

No, we do not have a pricelist. The rates depend on occupancy and season. Find the our rates HERE

Which methods of payment will be accepted?

You pay when you depart by cash, cash card or credit card (MASTER, VISA). There is no deposit required of us.

What is the tourist fee?

All guests of the seaside resort Warnemünde have to pay a tourist fee. The rate varies according the diffent seasons. There is a reduction for handicapped persons. The revenue will be used for touristic offers and events.

When will I be exempted from the tourist fee?

If you are a business traveler you don't have to pay a tourist fee.

How can I book a room?

We're pleased to get your booking online , by email , +49 381 548 230, +49 381 548 23 444 or letter. Our reception is available 24/7. 

Is a cancellation free of charge?

If you know that you don't use the room  you've booked, please give us a note as soon as possible.

The following cancellation terms apply:

stay up to 3 nights: free cancellation until 6 o'clock pm on arrival day

stay up to 7 nights: free cancellation until 7 days before arrival

stay up to 14 nights: free cancellation until 14 days before arrival 

Please send us an e-mail, fax or letter to cancel your reservation. If  you cancel later than above mentioned or we don't get a cancellation, we charge 80% of the agreed room rate, if the room is not otherwise rented.

Are pets alowed?

It’s not allowed to keep a pet in the room.

When can I arrive?

Your room is available from 3:00PM on the day of arrival.

When should I depart?

You can use the room till 11:00AM on the of departure.

Can I book a smoking room?

No, all rooms are non- smoking rooms. If you're smoker book a room with balcony/ terrace (limited availability).   

Is there a smoking area at the hotel?

There are smoking areas outside of the hotel. 

Can I book a room which is handicapped accessible

No, we are very sorry that we don't have rooms which are handicapped accessible.

Is breakfast included?

All room rates include buffet breakfast which is served from 06:00AM to 10:30AM (on saturdays and sundays from 07:00AM to 11:00AM). If you want to book a room without breakfast the room rate will be reduced about 4,00 € per person. Please inform us in this case.

Do you have a gluten or lactose free menu?

Don't let food allergies and intolerances stop you from enjoying your meals. In our restaurant "Café am Strom" we have a wide choice of offers for you.

Is there an elevator at the hotel?

The rooms can be reached by an elevator. But there are also stairs inside the hotel. If you need a barrier- free room please inform us.

Is there a bathrobe available?

You can loan a bathrobe for free. 

Are bedclothes for allergic persons and additional pillows available?

Bedclothes for allergic persons and additional pillows you can get on demand. Please inform the staff at the reception. Additional blankets you can find in every room. 

Do you have laundry service

You can use our laundry Service. Laundry bag and pricelist you can find in the wardrobe.

How far is the beach?

It takes only 10 minutes to walk from our hotel to the beach.

is there a supermarket nearby?

There is a supermarket (EDEKA) in a distance of 200 m to the hotel. 

Can I use public transport to travel around?

There is a suburban train which shuttles every quarter of an hour between Rostock and Warnemünde. Take it to reach the city of Rostock. Tickets for public traffic you can buy at the reception. It takes a 10 minutes walk to the buss station. Take the line 119 to travel to Bad Doberan.

Can I go by boat to the City of Rostock?

From the pier "Neuer Strom" the boats of "Blaue Flotte" shuttle between Warnemünde pier and Rostock city harbour. A one- way trip takes an hour.
